Founder and Proprietor
Mr. Raju Sambandan founded Raysoft Technologies in the year 2000. Raju has his credentials in Engineering from University of Madras in 1991 and eventually procuring MBA from BIM in 2000. The between years earned him ample experience in electronics, hardware, Software and networking. Companies like Allied Electronics, Microcode and Manmar Technologies bestowed on him expertise and sophistication to his eventual venture of Raysoft. He earned special knowledge in Chip Level troubleshooting for PCs and Servers. He was also a senior faculty in training more than 600 people and provided customized solutions for setting up computer networks in private firms at Novell Net ware.
Having completed 9 years successfully, Raju's innovation and expertise went on to start Raysoft technologies in 2000. Raysoft saw its founder taking it in to its first platform – Software and quenching the demand of domestic projects. Raysoft to be what it is at present is because of Raju taking Raysoft to the international platform to meet the growing outsourcing needs of the international community in BPO, SW development, Web design, SW testing, Data processing etc.
Govindarajan VManager-Continuous Improvement
Mr. Govindarajan is qualified to be a lawyer with a Bachelors degree in General Arts. Initially being an Attorney for a Law firm, he practiced General Laws, Law in Contracts, Accident-Redressal and Cyber Crimes. Raysoft in the year 2001 recruited Mr. Govindarajan to be its Quality assurance executive. Years of commitment promoted him to be the Service level Manager and then to be the present Manager – Continuous improvement.
As a strategist and Analyst his immediate focus lies in the area of Continuous Improvement. Having been exposed to work with strategies and analytical mindset, he effectively conducts himself in Monitoring and Maintaining service levels by meticulously applying respective metrics possible. His primary concentration is on Assessing the Service levels of the Company [SMA] whereby he initiates a Service Improvement Program [SIP] with respect to the services necessary for the initiatives of the company.
Karthikeyan VManager-Operations
The principle role of Mr. Karthikeyan lies in taking care of the Finance, Accounts and General Administration of the company. He effectively engages in Monitoring the productivity and cost control. His instantaneous focus lies in the areas of implementing best practices for Operational excellence with the help of Microsoft Operations Framework to best suit the business and the service needs of the company.
Mr. Karthikeyan holds a degree in Business Administration from Annamalai University. Priorly he secured a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. He started his career as a Production Supervisor in a processing industry and moved on to familiarize in Middle level management in various industrial sectors like Leather, Automobile, Medical care and Insurance. These enormous exposures enables him to take care of the general improvement of Raysoft.
Chitralekha VCustomer Support Executive
Being the Customer Support Executive Mrs. Chitralekha holds a Bachelor’s [Honors] in English Literature. Industrial Credit and Investment Corporation of India [ICICI] Bank ‘Prudential life’ found Chitra to be one of the best performers as she worked for them for a period of 6 months. Having been certified by ICICI with best performance, Chitra felt the need to move on and ended up at Raysoft Technologies.
As a Personel at the Help Desk, Chitra not only fulfilled the task assinged to her, but participaed in implementing different frameworks within the Organisation. As Raysoft moved to the next level, the need for Customer Support Executive was inevitable. Apparently Chitra was appointed to be the CSE. Chitra’s execution of support and relationship with the customers has made Raysoft’s services to be highly structured services.
Vidhya Bala BHR – Senior Executive
Having done a degree in computer science and engineering from Anna University, with an aversion to programming, Vidhya made a transition into the most valuable departments of the company – Human Resources department. Being inducted into the company as a Junior executive, Raysoft, analyzing her performances propelled her into the position of a senior executive - Human Resources in a span of six months time. The sheer interest and involvement within, enabled her to complete Master of Business administration from a premier institution specializing in the same field.
Her managerial / leadership credentials goes with solving the intra – departmental conflicts and having an excellent balance between the management and the employees. Her affinity to various languages has made her fluent in about four continental languages and an international language – French. Her achievements in the company include, introduction of statutory papers in the organization and introduction of a formal HR – Policy.
Prabhakaran S. PBPO-Manager
Mr. Prabhakaran, Manager, Business Process Outsourcing [BPO], Joined Raysoft in the year 2002 as a Data Processing Executive. Having done degree in Business Administration, he came to Raysoft as a fresher. He pursued a Diploma [DNIIT]in computers from NIIT Vellore, while doing degree. Being a data processing executive, he gained ample experience and transitioned to be the Team Leader in about a year's time and went on to be the Project leader for the BPO team. Having successfully executed his roles, the company seeing his efficiency made him the Manager of the BPO Department.
Prabhakaran has been working for Raysoft for the past 6 years. During his work tenure he has also successfully completed MBA in technology Management from Anna University. His current position enables him to primarily concentrate on scheduling, Allocating work, Training Supervisors and work in close connection with the business development, Finance and Human resource departments.
Prakash.J.ASoftware Testing-Team Leader
Mr.Prakash is an Engineer in Electronics & Communication from the University of Madras and also holds a Diploma in the same from the State Board of Technical Education. He started his career as a Network Engineer in 2004 and later joined Raysoft as the Quality Assurance Executive in 2006. His enthusiasm and involvement in Software made him to be at present, the Software Tester.
Prakash concentrates on identifying open Source Testing tools for web based application which in turn helps to deliver error free application. He centralizes in creating a Environment for Testing Software and also helps the company in bringing together the apt professionals to do the same. He imparts in providing prudent Technical Support for Network Administration as well as building Configuration Management Database [CMDB] for the Company.
